I recently completed a property purchase with David Rogers. This purchase started in the fall and finally was completed in the early spring. Since it was a property split there were a lot of details and in addition, there were a lot of unexpected issues on the sellers end that came up that kept stopping us from closing. Through all of it David Rogers kept me informed and kept working towards getting things cleared up and moving forward again. I never once felt uninformed or felt like I had to try to resolve things myself. David stayed on top of everything and through the ups and downs he constantly reassured me of what was happening in the process. It was obvious he went above and beyond to make sure my interests were met. I truly feel that if it were not for David working as hard as he did, the property that I have and love now may not be mine today. We would highly recommend him to friends and family or anyone who has a house to sell. Michael Barber even checked the entire house to make sure we didn't leave anything. He found in the linen closet some items that I did not mean to leave. I'm so thankful he called me because that was the only place in the entire house I forgot to check!
